1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jili49 ("jili49," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jili49.cam ("Platform").

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jili49 account must be made through payment methods officially supported by the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are held in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

jili49 processes deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts registered to family members or friends — are prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, jili49 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, freeze the account, and require full KYC verification before any further processing.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15–60 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. jili49 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Fees

jili49 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which jili49 bears no responsibility. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jili49 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional credits ("Bonus Funds") to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable real-money funds upon completion of stated wagering requirements ("Playthrough Requirements").
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry periods are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Where not stated, the general wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• jili49 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of bonus terms.
• Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will have all associated bonuses forfeited and the accounts suspended.
• jili49 may require Players to opt in to receive promotional communications and bonuses. Opting out of marketing does not affect your ability to use the Platform.

6 Gameplay Rules and Conduct

All games available on the jili49 Platform are governed by the rules specific to each game, which are accessible through the in-game information panels. General gameplay conditions include the following:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. jili49 will not reverse a confirmed bet except where a technical error affecting the outcome can be demonstrated by jili49 in its sole determination.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the Platform's server-side record. Bets already placed prior to disconnection remain valid.
• Malfunctions in software or hardware void all pays and plays. jili49 is not responsible for losses arising from technical faults affecting a Player's device, internet connection, or local infrastructure.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili49 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering multiple accounts, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Discovery of any such error must be reported to jili49 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with jili49 employees.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including money laundering. jili49 is required by applicable law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game through fraud, hacking, or any other unlawful means.
• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits without the prior written consent of jili49. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension, legal proceedings, and reporting to payment processors.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing jili49 staff, agents, or other Players through any channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jili49 Platform — including but not limited to the jili49 brand name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, audio, text, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of jili49 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jili49.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

jili49 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if jili49 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jili49 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events — including natural disasters, telecommunications outages, power failures, or Philippine government-mandated restrictions — may affect Platform availability. jili49 will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by jili49

jili49 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• The Account Holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the interests of the Platform or other Players.
• Regulatory requirements or law enforcement directives require action.
• Suspicious activity, including potential money laundering, is identified.
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Upon account suspension resulting from a breach of these Terms, all balances — including deposits, winnings, and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited in jili49's sole discretion.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your jili49 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unconverted Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Amendments to These Terms

jili49 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jili49 will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the jili49 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

The version of the Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shall govern your use of the Platform at any given time. Previous versions are available on request from customer support.
